Terms and conditions


All bookings are taken with your acceptance of our cancellation policies.

Which are:

  • 24 hours for single bookings
  • 5 days for group bookings
  • 3 hours for same day bookings

In Store bookings need to be paid either in full or partial to secure the appointment.

All online/phone bookings require credit card details taken with your authority to charge the full amount due to No Show, Late Cancellation or related situations.

  • Booking start times may vary slightly on the day.
  • Public Holiday surcharge of 15% applies.

Bookings are not confirmed until ALL required details are exchanged 24 hours prior to the booking request.

Courtesy appointment reminder Text / Email is sent out immediately when an appointment is booked and confirmed. We will send out another reminder 24 hours before to confirm your services prior to your appointment date. In the event that you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy, should you forget about your appointment.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for the full amount of the service scheduled.



Due to a recent increased number of No-Shows, Late Cancellations and appointment cancellations without any notification, there will be a cancellation fee if you provide us with less than 24 hours notice for single bookings, 5 days for group bookings and 3 hours for same day bookings.

Cancellations and no shows is not only a loss to our business, but an appointment time that someone else would have loved to attend. We thank you all for your ongoing support and understanding.

*If your appointments are prepaid, you will forfeit one session of your prepaid packages, if less than 24 hour notice is given.

*Late Cancellations will result in 50% payment of treatments.

*No shows will result in 100% payment of treatments and you will need to pay upfront for future appointments.



All clients agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments. When purchasing a prepaid package the client acknowledges that the Pre Paid treatments payment is not refundable neither in part nor in whole. In an event that the client’s circumstances change, or in the event the client fails to attend or discontinues any treatments due to change of mind.

*All treatments purchased as a package must be fully paid in advance of the first session.

*All instore packages have a 24 month expiry date from the date of purchase.

24 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.



P’LUSH Skin and Laser Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid instore packages (whether these packages are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments. If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed treatment, please reach out as soon as possible by coming into the clinic with photo/s to discuss further details!



  • All clients must shave 24-48 hours prior to their appointment for all laser hair removal treatments (including packages). Extra charges may apply.
  • Booking fees paid for all treatments (including instore packages) are non-refundable
  • All new clients should arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule, in order to complete required paperwork.
  • Any cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated with more than 24-48 hours notice (preferably by call or SMS).
  • Failure of payment, you will not be able to re book until payment is received
